In a typical first EFT appointment we discuss your requirements, and get a little background before introducing you to the EFT basics. There is no 'hands on' involved (and this makes it possible to do appointments by phone or Skype as well) and many times, even after an initial appointment, clients leave feeling lighter and more relaxed, or feel the next day that they have slept better and that they already have more energy.
HOURSMondays 7pm, Tuesdays 7pm, Tuesdays to Fridays 9am to 4pm. Saturdays appointments by arrangement.
